The Var holiday villa rental is nestled in an exclusive residential area in a superb elevated position overlooking the mountains. Sizeable private gardens mean sunbathing in complete privacy by the impressive L-shaped pool. The villa is of typical Provencal style, one level, and there are 4 double bedrooms. Two have double beds, the other two have twins. While we recommend 8 guests – up to 10 can be accommodated, especially if there are 2 or more young children/babies who can sleep on our Z beds or Bed Settee. Each bedroom has a dressing table/chest of drawers, wardrobe and chair - with modern French impressionist and/or water colour paintings. Each bedroom also has a ceiling fan. There are 2 bathrooms – one with bath and shower, and one with shower enclosure, both have a WC. There is also a separate WC in the hall.
Tiled throughout, the oak beamed lounge has comfortable seating for 10. There are also French doors which open onto the poolside veranda. You’ll find an elevated dining room with seating for 10 and also a high chair. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern conveniences.
The Villa is near Port Grimaud, yet St Tropez is within easy reach by ferry from Ste Maxime and Port Grimaud (ferry ride a must - recommended !). The attractive nearby Villages - Cogolin, Grimaud, Gassin, Ramatuelle - have numerous bars and restaurants.
